Sally Jo is 11 years old, 9 lbs. From a puppymill,Sept01. Had chronic, severe ear infections which have taken months to clear up. Also has allergies-doing well on a raw diet. Has some calcifications and thickening in some mammary glands which the vet says are not tumors and do not need removal. SJ also has a heart murmur-not requiring medications at this time. Fearful and elusive at first, she has become happy, active and loving, though still somewhat apprehensive when first picked up.
The adoption process includes:

3) Phone interview
4) Veterinary verification
5) Home visit
